It's almost Emerge Week! It's time to start gathering all your gear, making sure you have warm clothes, snacks, sleeping kit, snacks, Bible, notepad and more snacks. If you're bringing anything for the team, please use the sign up form linked below!
Here are some details you'll need to find Emerge and to find the Terrain-osaurus Rex campsite on the ranch property.
Getting to Emerge Ranch
The address for Emerge Ranch is 2445 La Posta Rd., Campo, CA 91906.
This is approximately a 45-minute drive from Awaken El Cajon campus.
Check in opens at 11AM on Thursday, and the conference begins with dinner at 4:30PM.
If you will be arriving later than that for any reason, please text Scott to coordinate.

Here is the approximate layout of our campsite. Let's put the campers and RVs around the perimeter, with tents inside.
Please be sure to leave a lot of room for community around the camp fire areas.
RV drop off
RVs can be dropped off early, but no camping is allowed until conference starts on Thursday.

Campsite needs
Emerge will be an amazing experience this year, but we can make it even better if we all chip in. We have a list of things that we're looking for people to bring to conference this year. Please check out the team campsite needs form and sign up for whatever you can bring for the team.
Team roles
A great conference doesn't just happen on its own. We have a number of roles we're looking to fill on the team this year. If you are able to help out in any of the following ways, or have any questions, please reach out to one of the team leaders.

Food team (4) -- Makes sure no one is hungry or hangry!
Time keeper (2) -- Make sure we are where we need to be when we need to be there

Campsite logistics (4) -- Setup, tear down, clean up, etc.
Team merch
When we all wear our team gear, it makes it easy for us to identify each other, and shows a spirit of unity. Still haven't ordered a shirt, hoodie or hat? Head over to the team merch order form to take care of that today.
While purchasing team merch is 100% optional, it is encouraged. Please reach out to Scott with any questions.

No animals (service animals allowed)
No drugs or drug paraphernalia, including cannabis, cannabis products
No flammables, including fireworks, explosives, road flares
No laser pointers
No personal motor/non-motor vehicles, for example, ATVs, CANAMs, Rhinos, dirt bikes, bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, Segways, skates, scooters, electric scooters, etc. Nothing with wheels. Exceptions allowed for motorized wheel chairs, and also for handicap personal ATV (contact team captain for details)
No weapons of any kind: guns, ammo, tasers, bow and arrows, pepper spray, mace, etc.
No unauthorized camera crew, professional grade cameras, and/or detachable lenses. (phone cameras are ok)
Code of conduct
Emerge Conference is committed to creating a powerful and transformational experience for all Emerge men.
These actions can get you removed from Emerge Conference:
irresponsible or unsafe use of alcohol.
accessing restricted areas without proper credentials.
taunting, abusive, or offensive language.
obscene or offensive gestures, including use of obscene or offensive gestured through imagery, or symbolism including banners, signs,and other means of visual propaganda.
possession/use/sale of illegal drugs.
damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.
By purchasing a registration you have agreed to our Code of Conduct.
Any individual who violates this Code of Conduct may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the Venue and have their wristband and camping privileges revoked, without refund.
